I have saved my mobile number database in Microsoft Excel. It has removed the zero "0" from the start of all the phone numbers and the numbers contains spaces
" ", parentheses "()", hyphen "-" and plus character "+". Can I upload these numbers?
Yes, our system will automatically recognise if the number is a mobile number and automatically reinsert the zero on upload. The spaces, parentheses, hyphen and plus characters will be deleted from the numbers when you upload so there is no need to manually delete them from your database. |
My phone list contains landline and mobile numbers. It will take too long to delete all the landlines from my list, will I get charged for sending to landline numbers?
Landline numbers will not be sent by our system. They will be marked as invalid numbers and you will not be charged for including them. |
